Introduction

Welcome to PrintVerse, a 3D printing marketplace and design platform. By accessing or using PrintVerse (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

PrintVerse operates as a marketplace connecting 3D printing enthusiasts — buyers, sellers, and designers. Our mission is to provide an open, fair, and vibrant community for the 3D printing ecosystem.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PrintVerse is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
• PrintVerse reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activity.

Sellers

• Commission: PrintVerse takes a flat 3.5% commission on the total transaction (product price + shipping). Example: $100 product + $10 shipping = $110 total → seller earns $106.15, PrintVerse earns $3.85.
• Listing requirements: Every listing must include a minimum of two images — a front view and a back view of the item.
• Content standards: Listings must be appropriate for a general audience. Sexually explicit, violently graphic, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy: All product descriptions, images, and pricing must accurately represent the item being sold.
• Payout timelines: Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect within 5–7 business days of a successful transaction.
• Shipping: Sellers are responsible for accurate shipping costs and timely fulfillment.

Buyers

• Checkout: All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full listed price including shipping.
• Returns policy: Returns and refunds are handled directly between the buyer and seller. PrintVerse does not handle returns but may mediate disputes.
• By purchasing a digital design, you obtain a license to use that design for personal or commercial 3D printing, as specified by the seller in the listing.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on PrintVerse:

• Illegal items or designs for illegal use
• Counterfeit goods or IP-infringing content
• Weapons, firearms, or related accessories
• Sexually explicit or violently graphic content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content

Dispute Resolution

For disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage direct communication first. If resolution cannot be reached, contact our support team at team@printverse.madethis.app. PrintVerse reserves the right to make final decisions on unresolved disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

Changes to These Terms

PrintVerse reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
